Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer as part of a Semester Training Project, based in Vijayawada.

The Aptitude

Trainer will conduct classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for students and early-career professionals. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, delivering interactive training sessions, evaluating learner performance through tests and assignments, and providing feedback and guidance to improve outcomes. The trainer will collaborate with academic and corporate stakeholders to align training objectives with industry requirements and may participate in orientation sessions, workshops, and support related training activities. The role may also involve basic administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting,



and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess Training and Teaching skills to design structured sessions, use varied instructional methods, and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and interpersonal skills to support learners, respond to queries professionally, and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Candidates should possess Sales and persuasion skills to promote training programs, engage participants, and encourage continued enrollment or participation.
- Solid understanding of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics, with prior experience in aptitude coaching or test preparation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage multiple batches, and adapt teaching style to diverse learner groups.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (presentation software, online assessment platforms) and maintaining accurate training documentation.
