- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within critical business systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to ensure timely resolution of system disruptions.
