As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system health and recommend improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system installations, configurations, and upgrades within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to manage database administration tasks related to SAP systems.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
