Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of multiple interconnected components. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain system reliability and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
- Perform control design and operating effectiveness reviews.
- Support compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements.
- Track audit findings, issues, and remediation plans.
- Facilitate Risk &
- Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and control metrics.
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with business,



security, legal, privacy, and audit teams.
- Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and external audits.
- Maintain GRC tooling, workflows, evidence repositories, and documentation.
- Timely completion of risk assessments.
- Reduction in open audit findings.
- Compliance adherence rates.
- Quality of risk reporting and governance reviews.
- Effective remediation tracking and of all controls.
