About the position:

We (Kohler India Technical Center) are a captive global center providing technical and nontechnical support for all the businesses and product lines for Kohler Co. globally (including Kitchen and Bath, Engines, Generators, Hospitality).

We are looking for a Assistant Manager, SC Network Design and Optimization to join our team and enrich our Supply Chain Analytics Organization. This role will develop and maintain analytical models that support strategic and tactical supply chain decisions across Kohler’s global Kitchen & Bath organization. The role will translate business questions into network design models, conduct scenario analysis, validate data and assumptions, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Associate is expected to bring Supply Chain Design knowledge, Strategic Mind and Creativity, and divergent thinking. Talented associate to drive SC Network Design and Optimization with an ability to influence internal & external stakeholders with the Prompt and Proactive Support on projects keeping commitments on the SLAs, TATs and deadlines.

Role and Responsibility:

- Network modelling and analysis
- Support the Network Design COE by building robust data, analytics, and modeling frameworks to enable strategic & tactical decision-making.
- Develop and maintain global supply chain network models using tools such as Optilogic, Llamasoft (SCGX) or AIMMS to optimize manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and inventory flows.
- Develop, maintain and enhance strategic and tactical supply chain network models.
- Model manufacturing, sourcing, capacity, distribution, transportation and inventory flows.
- Translate business requirements into model scope, assumptions, constraints and scenarios.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate cost,



service, capacity, inventory, risk and sustainability trade-offs.
- Interpret model outputs and develop clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Data Automation and visualization
- Acquire, cleanse, transform and validate data from ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Build repeatable data pipelines and model-refresh processes using SQL, Alteryx or similar tools.
- Develop dashboards and network visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.
- Perform model validation, sensitivity analysis and reconciliation of outputs with source data and business benchmarks.
- Project delivery and collaboration
- Own assigned workstreams and deliver agreed outputs against project milestones.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Finance and Data & Analytics teams.
- Document model logic, assumptions, scenarios, results and recommendations.
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and run the function with Metrics
- Define, track, and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that reflect the effectiveness and impact of the network design function.
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment
- Contribute to standard methodologies, templates, data structures and modeling documentation.
- Capture project learnings and develop reusable analytical assets.




- Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Network Design COE.
What we are looking for from your past experience

Experience requirement:

- Must Have’s
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics and network modeling, covering end-to-end design including manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and inventory optimization.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or other ETL platforms.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with network optimization tools such as Optilogic, Llamasoft SCGX, AIMMS, or JDA SC Strategist.
- Solid understanding of supply chain domains including manufacturing, capacity planning, demand/supply planning, warehousing, and transportation.
- Exposure to advanced modeling techniques in capacity planning, sourcing strategy, inventory optimization, and transportation network design is a strong advantage.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
- Work experience
- 3+ Years of overall experience in Supply Chain and/or related field
Educational Qualification requirement:

Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science or similar

Organizational Relationships:

- Reports to Senior Manager – Supply Chain Operations & Design
- Regular interactions with Global Supply Chain and Operations teams
- Frequent interaction with Internal stakeholders including SC Leadership teams

Other Details: The associate should have the flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate an overlap with US Stakeholders timings.
