Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Air Export Procurement role based in South Delhi. The role involves managing air export procurement activities, including sourcing and negotiating rates with airlines and freight vendors, coordinating bookings, and ensuring timely movement of export shipments.

The Air Export

Procurement professional will work closely with internal operations, sales teams, and customers to secure competitive pricing, maintain service quality, and meet shipment deadlines. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, monitoring shipment status, handling documentation related to export freight, and resolving any service or delivery issues.



The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with carriers, supporting process improvements, and contributing to training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, airlines, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Export processes and Freight operations, including air export procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Training and mentoring to support team development and share best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, vendor management, and rate procurement for air freight services.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics software; familiarity with freight forwarding systems is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in air export or freight forwarding is preferred; a background in logistics, supply chain, or international trade is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
