Key Responsibilities

- Architect Enterprise AI: Own the end-to-end design of LLM integration, advanced RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Agentic Systems: Design tool-calling frameworks, agent workflows, and Microsoft-aligned enterprise architectures.
- Governance & Security: Ensure full audit compliance, enterprise security, and robust evaluation loops.
- Data & AI Infrastructure: Build scalable data pipelines and backend structures to support real-time AI workloads.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture/distributed systems + 5+ years architecting production-grade GenAI/LLM solutions.
- Tech Stack: Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agentic Framework / Azure AI Agents, Vector Databases, Databricks / enterprise data platforms.
- Tooling: Familiarity with LLM observability and evaluation tools (e.g., Langfuse, Azure AI Evaluation)
