Role Description The AI Visual Designer is a full-time, on-site role based at Gems Paradise in Jaipur. This role involves designing high-quality visual assets that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, including digital layouts, social media creatives, web graphics, and branded materials. The AI Visual Designer will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to develop concepts, translate jewelry stories into visual narratives, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Daily responsibilities include using AI-driven design tools, iterating on visual concepts, optimizing designs for various digital platforms, and preparing assets that support online campaigns, catalogs, and presentations.



The role also requires staying current with visual design trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in luxury branding to enhance the brand’s visual identity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design to create cohesive, high-impact visual assets.
- Candidates should possess experience in Branding and Graphics to develop and maintain a refined, luxury-focused brand identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to design or support visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and familiarity with AI-based design tools.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing visual work in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, color, typography, and composition, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visuals.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with artisans, marketing teams, and leadership.
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
