We are looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead to build and scale enterprise-grade
AI/LLM applications that help senior business leaders make sense of complex organizational information and focus on key decisions, risks, and actions . The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience in building, deploying, and scaling reliable
AI/LLM products in an enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of AI applications from prototype to production
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready AI platforms
- Lead a small engineering team and provide technical direction
- Build and integrate
AI/LLM-based applications into enterprise workflows
- Convert prototypes/PoCs into reliable production-grade solutions
- Establish standards for
AI quality,
reliability, traceability, evaluation, and observability
- Work closely with Product, Business, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI products
- Drive rapid product iterations while ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability
- Troubleshoot complex technical and AI/LLM challenges and drive continuous improvements
