Key Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate the latest AI models, tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the FinTech industry.
- Assist in designing and developing AI-powered features for One Bharat's Website, CRM, Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, product workflows, wireframes and functional specifications.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Design, test and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) while evaluating response quality and performance.
- Test newly developed product features, identify bugs, validate functionality and coordinate improvements with development teams.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend AI-driven product enhancements.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development tools wherever applicable.




- Support AI-driven automation initiatives across internal business processes.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Product Development.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI workflows.
- Passion for AI, Finance and building products.
- Excellent analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
- Basic understanding of SQL/ Python is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design principles.

Educational Qualification:

- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or any other similar fields.
- Candidates from non-technical backgrounds with exceptional AI project experience and strong product-building capabilities are also encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience, AI projects, hackathons, research work or personal AI product development projects will be preferred.
