We’re looking for a filmmaker who happens to be great with AI.

Not someone who can just generate beautiful AI shots.

We’re looking for someone who can take a script and creative direction, understand what the story needs, and thoughtfully turn it into a film from start to finish.

Someone who understands why a close-up works better than a wide. When to move the camera and when not to. When to hold a shot for another second. When something looks beautiful but simply doesn’t belong in the film.

What you’ll do

You’ll take films from script to screen.

Conceptualize and break down scripts. Build characters, worlds and visual references. Create assets. Generate and iterate shots. Maintain character and visual consistency. Edit. Work with music and sound. Polish. Deliver.

You’ll collaborate with our writers, directors and post-production team, but we want you to eventually be able to take ownership of a film and carry it through.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A strong understanding of film grammar, composition, pacing and visual storytelling
- Great taste and attention to detail




- Robust hands-on experience with AI image and video generation
- The ability to maintain character, environment and visual consistency
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- An understanding of music, sound, colour and finishing
- Curiosity to experiment and find solutions when AI doesn’t cooperate
- Most importantly, the ability to think like a filmmaker, not just a prompt engineer

We don’t really care how many AI tools you know. We care about what you can make with them.
