- Manage farmer gatherings, crop advisory, and field troubleshooting.
- Develop FPO/NGO partnerships and support contract negotiations.
- Drive regional sales, collections, and field campaigns.
- Monitor market intelligence and crop performance.

- Skills

‣
- B.Sc. Agriculture / Agronomy / related field or MBA Agribusiness is an advantage.

‣
- Knowledge of agricultural sales, contract farming, FPOs, and biologicals preferred.

- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.

‣
- Comfortable interacting with 50+ farmers.

‣
- Willingness to travel extensively.

‣
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory.
