Position: Agronomist

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech Agriculture or equivalent

Language Requirement: Fluency in Haryanvi is mandatory

Work Type: Field-oriented role

Travel: Extensive field travel required

? Key Responsibilities

➼ Provide crop-wise scientific advisory to farmers.

➼ Guide farmers on seed selection, nutrition, irrigation, crop protection, and harvesting practices.

➼ Conduct regular farm visits and field assessments.

➼ Collect field data and prepare agronomy reports and observations.

➼ Work closely with the team to improve farmer productivity and income.

➼ Strong understanding of agronomy and crop production practices.

➼ Positive communication and farmer-engagement skills.

➼ Fluency in Haryanvi and Hindi.

➼ Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.

➼ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

➼ Prior experience in agronomy, crop advisory, or farmer-facing roles will be an advantage.
