Role Description The Admission Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end admissions process for all institutes within the SaiBalaji Group. The role includes managing inquiries, counseling prospective students and families, conducting campus visits and presentations, and guiding applicants through eligibility verification, documentation, and enrollment.

The Admission

Manager will coordinate with academic and administrative teams to plan admission campaigns, schedule entrance assessments or interviews, and ensure timely communication throughout the admission cycle. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring admission targets, preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining accurate records in admission systems,



and collaborating on marketing and outreach initiatives such as school/college visits, fairs, and digital campaigns. The role requires proactive relationship-building with stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain programs and processes clearly to diverse applicants and stakeholders.
- Experience in admission operations, including application processing, documentation review, database maintenance, and reporting using MS Office or similar tools.
- Capability in planning and executing outreach activities such as seminars, school/college visits, education fairs, and coordination with marketing teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple admission cycles, deadlines, and targets while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of management education and the higher education ecosystem; prior experience in admissions or student recruitment in a B-School or college is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM or admission management software, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and student-centric approach.
