Job Summary

Immensity Logistics is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a good understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Process and verify invoices, bills, and payment-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and vendor accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with collection activities.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Handle vendor and customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or a similar accounting role.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, collections, or vendor payments.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
