Purpose of the Role:

- 8-10 years of experience with expert understanding of Procurement Operations and capability to lead transactional Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) service delivery activities
- Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
- Support procurement service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution

Key Functional Responsibilities:

- Service delivery management in procurement operations (Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites)
- Manage exceptional transactions
- SLA & overall deliverables management
- Team handling & Customer relationship Management

Essential Hiring Skills:

- Expert level Orientation in Procurement / Work expereince related to procurment operations
- MS Office
- Team handling skills

'• Exposure to BPO industry or Procurement lifecycle (Valuable to have)
- Procurement platforms & Tools (Good to have)
- Upstream / downstream business processes (Trainable skills)
