Role Description The Accounts Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Accounts

Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing vouchers and invoices. The role involves supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and preparing basic financial reports for management.

Executive will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as vendors,



customers, and auditors to resolve account-related queries and ensure accurate documentation. The position requires attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to company policies and financial controls.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, general ledger posting, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant Indian statutory and tax requirements.
- Ability to manage invoices, purchase orders, credit/debit notes, and vendor/customer accounts with accuracy.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to support reporting and financial analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in a trading or distribution company is an advantage.
