Weatherman Roofing Enterprises LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible professional to join our team at Kuthuparamba, Kannur.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- Strong working knowledge of Tally – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in maintaining daily stock records and stock updates
- Ability to maintain daily production stock and production records
- Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
- Knowledge of purchase, sales, billing, receipts and payments
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation
- Ability to maintain accurate accounts and documentation
- Positive administrative and operational coordination skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accounts
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries
- Bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Invoice and billing management
- Accounts payable and receivable tracking
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory requirements
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation
- Stock & Production
- Update daily stock records without fail
- Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods stock
- Record and monitor daily production stock
- Update daily production quantities and material consumption
- Reconcile physical stock with system/records




- Monitor stock movement, purchases, production and dispatch
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams regarding stock updates
- Prepare regular stock and production reports for management
- Administration & Operations
- Handle day-to-day office administration
- Maintain company files, records and documentation
- Coordinate with dealers, suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Assist management in daily operational activities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative and operational tasks

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Experienced in Tally and accounting operations
- Experienced in manufacturing / trading / inventory-based businesses
- Comfortable handling daily stock & production updates
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good at communication and coordination
- Capable of working independently
- Responsible for maintaining accurate daily records
- Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity

Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.

IMPORTANT

Candidates without practical Tally experience and hands-on experience in daily stock/production updating may not be suitable for this position.
