Key Responsibilities

● Support weekend live academic sessions and coordinate with faculty and learners to ensure smooth execution.

● Manage learner queries during sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.

● Conduct post-session feedback calls to understand learner concerns and experience.

● Handle learner queries related to academics, attendance, assessments, LMS, and other operational requirements.

● Monitor Freshdesk tickets, resolve basic queries, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.

● Support academic communications and follow-ups related to capstone projects, campus immersion,



tests, assignments, and other activities.

● Maintain attendance trackers, academic records, and documentation with accurate and timely updates.

● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns and close pending academic tasks.

Competencies

● Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

● Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

● Learner-focused with proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and digital tools.

● Prior EdTech, academic operations, or customer support experience is a plus.

● Willingness to support weekend sessions.
