About the Role

AcdyOn is looking for a highly motivated Academic Counselor to join our night-shift sales team. You will work with international students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and senior executives, helping them identify the right academic and professional advancement programmes.

This is a sales-focused counselling role where your ability to understand a prospect, build trust, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close enrolments will directly impact your growth and earnings.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified inbound and international leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand prospects' professional and academic goals and recommend relevant programmes.
- Counsel prospects on PhD, DBA, Honorary Doctorate, MBA, Executive Education, Cybersecurity, Agentic AI and other programmes offered by AcdyOn.
- Conduct structured follow-ups and maintain an active pipeline until closure.
- Handle objections related to programme value, credibility, pricing, timelines and decision-making.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Maintain a professional and consultative approach throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident speaking with international clients and senior professionals.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on targets and results.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Comfortable working independently during the night shift.
- Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate exceptional communication and sales potential.
- Prior experience in education counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, edtech, SaaS, consulting or high-ticket sales is an advantage.
