WE’RE HIRING – ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR | ADMISSIONS & SALES

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team and help students choose the right courses and career paths while driving admissions for our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding our courses, training programs, internships, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
- Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and student interactions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

Who We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.




- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in counselling & sales are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, friendly, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
