Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor Cambridge curriculum implementation
- Review lesson plans, academic planning, and curriculum coverage
- Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers
- Support and mentor teachers in effective teaching practices
- Coordinate assessments, examinations, and academic timelines
- Monitor student academic progress and identify learning gaps
- Analyze assessment results and support academic interventions
- Coordinate academic PD sessions for teachers
- Maintain academic records and prepare regular academic reports
- Work closely with the HOS to continuously improve teaching and learning standards

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cambridge School
- Positive understanding of the Cambridge curriculum
- Strong academic planning and coordination skills
- Good communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Passion for teaching, learning, and academic excellence
