We are looking for an experienced ABAP Workflow Developer who specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining workflow solutions within SAP. You ensure business processes run efficiently through smart automation with SAP Business Workflow, and you know better than anyone how ABAP and SAP Workflow come together to build reliable, scalable solutions.

In addition to your specialization in workflow development, you also have solid, hands-on experience with ABAP reports and interfaces, as well as broader ABAP development, making you widely deployable within the organization's SAP landscape.

What you'll do

- Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions within SAP Business Workflow to support and automate business processes
- Analyze existing business processes and translate them into efficient, robust workflow designs
- Build and configure workflow templates, tasks, agent determination, and business objects
- Debug and resolve workflow-related issues in production and test environments
- Develop and maintain ABAP reports and interfaces to support integrations and reporting needs across the SAP landscape
- Build enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, enhancement points) and other custom developments as needed




- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Document technical designs and contribute to best practices within the development team
- Contribute ideas for further development and optimization of existing workflow solutions

What you bring

- Demonstrable, extensive experience with ABAP Workflow Development within SAP Business Workflow
- Robust knowledge of workflow concepts such as business objects, tasks, agent determination, deadline monitoring, and workflow containers
- Proven experience with ABAP reports and interfaces, alongside enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, enhancement points) and other custom developments
- Understanding of how ABAP and SAP Workflow combine to build efficient and reliable process solutions
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization of workflow solutions and interfaces
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Good communication skills
- A proactive, independent working attitude with an eye for quality.
