Wew are looking for experienced 4D/5D BIM Consultant / BIM Implementation Lead to join our growing team and lead the implementation of BIM, 4D Planning, 5D Cost Management, Reality Capture and Digital Construction workflows across complex industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead 4D/5D BIM implementation and develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards and LOD 300/350 guidelines.
- Integrate Primavera P6 with 3D BIM models using SYNCHRO 4D or equivalent platforms.
- Develop 4D Baseline, Planned vs. Actual and Progress Simulations.
- Integrate BIM quantities, cost and schedule data for 5D project controls.




- Support progress monitoring and contractor billing validation.
- Implement 360° Photography, LiDAR/Laser Scanning and Reality Capture workflows.
- Develop 4D/5D dashboards, EVM and progress reports using Power BI or equivalent.
- Establish CDE and information-management workflows.
- Coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, planning, engineering, BIM and cost teams.
- Develop SOPs, training material and support knowledge transfer.

? Required Experience & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Planning or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM implementation experience.
- Proven experience in 4D/5D BIM on Steel, Power, Oil & Gas, Mining or similar industrial projects.
- Robust hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SYNCHRO 4D.
- Good understanding of project controls, construction planning, progress monitoring and cost/quantity integration.
- Industrial/EPC and brownfield experience will be an advantage.
