Role Description The 3D Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations for architectural and interior design projects. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts and drawings into detailed 3D models, setting up realistic lighting and materials, and producing still images, walkthroughs, and animations that communicate design intent to clients and project teams. The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and contractors to refine visual outputs based on feedback and project requirements.





The 3D Visualizer will also help maintain a consistent visual style across presentations and support marketing and client pitches with compelling graphics and visual content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong visualization skills, including the ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models and renderings.
- Candidates should possess graphics and graphic design skills to create clear, visually appealing presentations, layouts, and concept boards.
- Candidates should possess lighting skills, with experience in setting up realistic interior and exterior lighting for 3D scenes and renderings.
- Candidates should possess drawing skills, including basic architectural or interior sketches to support concept development and communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar) and basic image-editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) is preferred.
- Relevant education in architecture, interior design, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in 3D visualization.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and willingness to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Gurugram.
