About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3 D Visualiser to join our Workplace Interiors team. The role involves transforming architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3 D visualisations, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of corporate workplace interiors , spatial design, materials, lighting, furniture, and composition, along with the ability to interpret design drawings and develop visually compelling environments.

You will work closely with Designers, Architects, Project Architects, and the Design Head to bring design concepts to life and support client presentations, design development, and project communication.

Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality 3 D models and photorealistic renders for workplace interior projects. Translate 2 D plans, elevations, sketches, mood boards, and design concepts into accurate 3 D environments. Create visualisations for reception areas, workstations, meeting rooms, cabins, collaboration spaces, cafeterias, breakout areas, lounges, and other workplace environments .

Develop appropriate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and landscaping elements to achieve the intended design character. Produce interior perspectives, exterior views, aerial views, detail views, and other visuals required for client presentations. Create 3 D walkthroughs, animations, or immersive visual content when required.

Collaborate with the design team to understand design intent and translate it accurately into visual output. Maintain accuracy in scale, proportions, furniture layouts,



finishes, materials, lighting, and architectural details . Prepare multiple design options and visual iterations based on design development and client feedback.

Work efficiently within project timelines and manage multiple visualisation requirements across projects. Coordinate with architects and designers to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and 3 D models. Maintain and develop a library of 3 D furniture, materials, lighting fixtures, accessories, and workplace elements .

Stay updated with current workplace design trends, materials, furniture systems, rendering techniques, and visualisation technologies. Ensure all final outputs meet the firm's standards for quality, realism, composition, and presentation .

Required Skills &

Competencies Strong understanding of interior architecture and workplace design . Excellent spatial understanding and a strong eye for proportion, scale, composition, materials, and detailing . Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts. Strong understanding of interior lighting and realistic material representation . Ability to create visually sophisticated and presentation-ready images.



Good design sensibility with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers and incorporate feedback effectively. Solid time-management and ability to work within tight project deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Software Proficiency

Strong proficiency in relevant 3 D visualisation and design software such as:

3ds Max, Sketch Up, Corona, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of Revit, Auto CAD, will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3 D Visualisation, or a related field . 4–6 years of relevant experience in architectural/interior visualisation, preferably within workplace or commercial interiors. Experience working on corporate office interiors, commercial interiors, hospitality, or large-scale interior projects is preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior visualisation and rendering work is essential.
