Insurance Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard new Life Advisors/Agents. Build and maintain a productive advisor network. Train, motivate, coach, and develop advisors to achieve business targets. Drive sales of SBI Life insurance products through the advisor channel.

Generate new business and ensure achievement of APE, premium, NOP and activation targets. Conduct regular advisor meetings, field visits, and business reviews. Identify potential advisors and develop them into high-performing business partners.

Ensure regular login, issuance, persistency, and renewal business. Maintain solid relationships with customers and advisors. Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies/processes. Conduct campaigns, contests,



and sales activities to improve productivity.

Track daily/weekly/monthly performance and take corrective actions. Achieve unit-level recruitment, activation, productivity, and revenue targets.
