We are looking for an experienced and responsible Unit Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Abaya production unit

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily production activities.

- Coordinate with tailors, embroidery/handwork teams and other production staff.

- Plan daily and weekly production targets.

- Track pending, completed and ongoing production work.

- Maintain daily production reports and records.

- Identify production delays and take quick corrective action.

- Manage manpower, attendance and work allocation.

- Ensure proper use and handling of fabrics, accessories and other materials.

- Maintain discipline and a productive working setting.

- Train and guide team members whenever required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in production/unit management, preferably in garments, textile manufacturing.

- Strong team-management and leadership skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple production activities simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations is preferred.

- Must be responsible, organized and target-oriented.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per year
