- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must have clear, fluent English with good grammar and pronunciation.
- Robust customer handling and conversational skills required.
- B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
- LLB candidates are not eligible.
- International BPO / Customer Service experience will be preferred.

- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally with UK customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and process quality standards.
- Follow required process and compliance guidelines.

Important Screening Criteria
EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY.
