We are looking for an experienced Treasury Head–level consultant to provide maternity cover on a time-bound basis. The role will focus on ensuring continuity of treasury operations, effective cash and liquidity management, stakeholder coordination, and support to finance leadership during the coverage period.

Broad Responsibilities

Own day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring business continuity during the maternity cover period Manage and oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital improvement initiatives Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and use of financial instruments Ensure adherence to treasury best practices, internal controls, and governance frameworks Partner with Finance leadership, FP&A;, Accounting, and Business teams on cash, funding, and risk matters Provide decision support on short-term funding, investments, and operational treasury matters Review and strengthen treasury processes and controls where required Lead and guide the existing treasury team; ensure smooth handover back to the permanent Treasury Head Candidate Profile





- MBA or advanced degree in Finance or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head of Treasury (or equivalent senior treasury role) in a mid-sized organization

- Strong hands-on treasury operations experience (not advisory-only)

- Good to have a strong FP&A; background

- Practical experience managing: o Cash flow forecasting o Credit facilities and banking relationships o Financial instruments and liquidity management

- Working knowledge of: o Treasury operations o Forecasting and budgeting o Accounting concepts relevant to treasury

- Experience working in quick-paced, evolving environments

- Ability to quickly integrate, collaborate, and operate with limited transition time Key Skills & Competencies
