ClearDoc Logistic LLC is a growing truck dispatch service supporting owner-operators and small fleets across the USA. We're building a young, driven team — this role is perfect for someone who loves talking, negotiating, and closing deals, even if you're new to logistics.
What You'll Do:
- Call and pitch carriers/brokers to book freight loads at the best rates
- Negotiate rates confidently to maximize margins
- Coordinate basic load details with drivers (pickup/delivery, ETAs)
- Follow up consistently to build long-term carrier/broker relationships
- Handle basic paperwork (rate confirmations, BOL) with training provided
- Meet daily/weekly targets for loads booked and revenue generated
What We're Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills — confident on the phone
- A natural sales mindset — persuasive, persistent, not afraid of rejection
- Willingness to work night shift (US hours)
- Freshers welcome — full training provided on dispatch/logistics side
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or BPO is a big plus (not mandatory)
- Must be based in or able to commute to Ahmedabad
