Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel bookings and travel-related queries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
