Role & responsibilities
- Review spare-parts requirements, stock, open orders and shortages.
- Follow up with the production plant and suppliers for material availability and committed delivery dates.
- Support purchase requisition / purchase order follow-up and expedite critical or overdue parts.
- Maintain straightforward shortage and open-order trackers and keep ERP/SAP information updated.
- Coordinate with Spares Planning, Stores, Quality and Engineering whenever clarification or support is required.
- Highlight critical shortages and delays to the Senior Manager - SCM in time.
