- Ticketing: Issue, modify, re-issue, and cancel domestic and international flight tickets while adhering to airline policies.

- Tour Packages: Design, customize, and sell travel itineraries including accommodation, sightseeing, and transport.

- Client Service: Advise customers on destinations, travel trends, and best fare options.

- Operations: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for special requests.

- Documentation: Assist with visa processing and required travel documents. [1, 2, 3]

Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is generally required.

- Experience: Proven experience in travel agency operations or airline ticketing is often necessary.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries and vendor interactions.
