We are looking for an experienced Time Keeper / Labour Coordinator for our Civil Construction Project. The candidate must have practical experience working at a civil construction site and should be capable of organizing, arranging and managing labour as per daily site work requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize and arrange labour/workers as per the daily site work requirements.
- Deploy the required number of labour at different work locations according to the work schedule.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers regarding daily manpower requirements.
- Ensure that sufficient labour is available at the site for planned activities.
- Manage and coordinate labour on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth execution of site work.
- Shift/deploy workers between different work areas whenever required.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and workers for manpower availability.
- Maintain daily labour attendance, in-time, out-time and overtime records.
- Prepare daily manpower and attendance reports.
- Keep track of present, absent and available workers.
- Report manpower shortages or labour-related issues to the site management.
- Maintain proper records of labour deployment and attendance.





Required Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in Civil Construction / Construction Site is mandatory.
- Experience in labour management, labour coordination or manpower deployment will be highly preferred.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in organizing and arranging labour according to site requirements.
- Should be able to understand daily site work requirements and arrange manpower accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of attendance sheets and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be responsible, punctual and capable of handling workers at a construction site.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has worked at a civil construction site and understands how to arrange, organize, deploy and coordinate labour according to the site's daily work requirements, along with maintaining accurate attendance and time records. Job Type: Full time
