We are looking for an experienced Flight Ticketing & Booking Executive to manage domestic & international flight reservations, ticketing, and group bookings.

Role & responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight bookings & ticketing

- Create and manage PNRs using Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations & refunds
- Search and compare airfares, schedules, routing & baggage options
- Coordinate with airline group desks for group fares and seat blocks
- Manage flight bookings for student, educational, corporate & leisure groups
- Maintain passenger manifests and monitor ticketing/payment deadlines
- Handle schedule changes, cancellations and flight disruptions
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, airlines and customers
- Track pending refunds and maintain accurate booking records

Preferred candidate profile





Candidates with experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC or TMC, particularly those who have handled large student or group movements.
