Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for O&M; activities in the assigned state, Karnataka.
n
2. Take full ownership of daily O&M; site management for wind farms; coordinate turbine inspections, emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and spare parts/consumables planning.
n
3. Track and monitor all O&M; KPIs to ensure they meet company requirements.
n
4. Organize performance analysis, develop improvement plans, and continuously drive KPI optimization to improve equipment availability hours.
n
5. Provide troubleshooting and data analysis support to project sites to ensure stable and reliable wind farm operations.

Qualifications

n

n
1. Education: Associate degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Current Energy, Wind Power,



or related fields.
n
2. Work experience: At least 5 years of onshore wind power O&M;, maintenance, or commissioning experience, with familiarity with wind turbine main control, pitch, converter, and other core systems.
n
3. Knowledge and professional skills: Familiar with wind power O&M; workflows and on-site safety regulations.
n
4. Language skills: Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
n
5. Practical and documentation skills: Capable of troubleshooting, equipment inspection, and defect elimination, and able to properly fill out O&M; records and logs.
