About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of software engineering experience. In this role, you will lead the technical design, development, and scaling of production applications across our product suite, with primary focus on our US-facing Ready Lease platform.

This is an architecture-aware, hands-on position. You will contribute to core backend systems, dynamic user interfaces, database design, and cloud deployments while establishing high engineering standards and mentoring mid-level developers.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and mobile-ready services across frontend, backend, database, and cloud layers.
API & System Integrations: Design robust REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party FinTech services (credit bureaus, bank verification, payment processing).
Database Management: Architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, and data models for high performance and security.
Code Quality & Technical Standards: Write clean, modular, and thoroughly tested production code; conduct thorough code reviews and establish CI/CD best practices.
Security & Compliance: Ensure secure handling of customer PII, applying OWASP principles, data encryption, and zero-trust access controls.
Technical Leadership & Ownership: Act as a technical owner for key features—taking problems from initial requirements to architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Mentorship:



Support and guide junior/mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and documentation.

Technical Stack & Environment

You do not need to be an expert in every tool listed below, but you should possess strong full-stack fundamentals and senior-level problem-solving capabilities:

Frontend: React.js, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
Backend: Python (FastAPI), Node.js (Express/NestJS), Java (Spring Boot)
Databases: PostgreSQL, Relational Schema Design, Query Optimization, ORM Tools
Cloud & DevOps: AWS Services, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform
Engineering Tools: Git, RESTful APIs, Automated Testing, Agile/Scrum
AI & Productivity Tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-driven workflows, CI/CD automation

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Exceptional English Communication: Fluent written and spoken English skills are strictly required. You must be able to confidently articulate complex technical concepts, lead architectural discussions, and collaborate directly with US-based product managers and executive leadership without friction.
Frontend Expertise: Strong experience building modern interfaces using React.js and/or React Native .
Backend Expertise: Proven track record building production services using Python , Node.js, or Java .
Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Working experience with AWS and modern deployment/CI/CD pipelines.
Communication & Ownership: Ability to independently manage features and communicate complex technical concepts effectively with stakeholders.
Location & Commute: Ability to work from our Delhi office according to our structured hybrid schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python/FastAPI paired with React/React Native .
Experience in FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or data-sensitive consumer platforms.
Prior experience working on international/US-facing software products.
Experience designing multi-service or microservice architectures.
History of acting as a Technical Lead or mentoring junior engineers.
AI-Assisted Development : Hands-on experience using modern AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code generation, test writing, refactoring, and rapid prototyping.

Work Model & Office Location

Ongoing (Post-Week 2): Hybrid Model (2 days/week in-office for sprint planning & architecture syncs / 3 days/week Work From Home).
Office Location: Shop No 167B, Third Floor, Main Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, 110059 (Located directly opposite the Blue Line Metro Station for an easy, traffic-free commute).

Compensation & Benefits

Structured Compensation Progression:
1. Months 1–3 (Onboarding): $2,000 USD / month (~₹23 Lakhs Per Annum equivalent)
2. Post-Confirmation (Month 4+): $2,500 USD / month (~₹28.7 Lakhs Per Annum equivalent)
