The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, business development, client acquisition, lead conversion, and team coordination . The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market. • Generate and convert leads into successful sales. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and other stakeholders. • Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. • Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate market trends and customer requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. • Manage and expand the network of channel partners and brokers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management. • Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
