Role & responsibilities

Tenancy Design

- Help in design guideline briefs to the tenants, whenever need be, or as required by the centre.
- Review tenants design proposal.

Tenancy coordination & documentation • Co-ordinate with the tenants and their teams for fit-out related aspects, in conjunction with the centre team.

- Ensure evaluation and go-aheads on required drawings to ensure a balance between fit-out period and mandatory process.
- Co-ordination of MEP submissions and revert.
- Review of drawings submission report on a weekly basis to the tenants who have signed MOU.

Centre Coordination

- Support AutoCAD, Microsoft office works & Design drawings for hotel and retail.

Audit

- Monthly audits of design concerns at VRC.
- Timely escalations of rectifications that are stagnant.




- Follow-ups on snag completions and arriving at realistic timelines

Design coordination

- Co-ordination of design related aspects of marketing set-ups and activities • Prepare presentations that are required for design/ management feedback or approvals • Review drawings of tenants and provide inputs

- Preparation of PPTs for Committee approvals

- Coordinating with structural consultant for slab strengthening, slab cut-out etc. and advice PMC & centre team.

Qualification and Experience required

- • Graduate with at least 6 - 8 years of experience in retail industry

- • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a calm and productive manner
