We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain products/services to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding enquiries and orders.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare daily calling and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Confident in handling customer calls.
- Hindi/Punjabi/English communication preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
