Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into sales through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.




- Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to speak in English and [regional language].
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduate / 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in tele sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Performance Metrics:

- Number of calls made.
- Leads generated.
- Conversion rate.
- Sales achieved.

Customer follow-up and retention. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
