We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Outbound Tele Sales Executives to join our B2C subscription sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining subscription plans, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities -
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable subscription plans.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and offers clearly.
- Generate sales through effective telephonic communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Adhere to company policies,
sales processes, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements -
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Tele Sales, Telesales, BPO, Call Centre, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Fresher/Experience both can apply for this Job. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
