We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our property projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type and preferences.
- Explain project details, features, pricing and payment options clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.




- Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/WhatsApp is an advantage.
- Confident, positive and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up consistently.
