Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to agriculture, crop, motor insurance products.
- Provide accurate information on policy coverage, premiums, and perks to customers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial services such as life insurance or investment products.
- Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant policies to existing clients.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture, crop, motor insurance products and their features.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
