AMAR CARS PVT LTD is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Service Department in Nadiad.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling service-related calls, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service.
- Handle incoming customer calls and service-related queries.
- Follow up with customers for service appointments.
- Inform customers about service schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Service Team.
- Maintain customer call and follow-up records.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / 12th Pass candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
