Solar Industry is looking for a Fresher Telecaller to join our Sales and Marketing team. This full-time position offers 10 openings for individuals with essential skills including Excellent Communication Skills, Customer Service, Persuasion, Active Listening, and Basic Computer Literacy.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce S S SOLAR ENERGY's products and services.

- Explain product features, perks, and answer any customer queries or concerns.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and interactions.

- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.

- Follow up on warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.





- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
