Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation / Academic Counselling / Customer Service

Age Limit: 18–32 Years

Gender: Male & Female

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain Frankfinn's courses and career opportunities
- Counsel students and parents on Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service programs
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions
- Maintain lead details and update CRM records
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:





- Excellent communication in Kannada& English
- Telecalling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation experience
- Robust convincing, counselling & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and sales-focused mindset

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand Additional: Performance-based incentives
