About the Role

Soma Beyond is looking for an experienced, persuasive, and empathetic Tele-Marketing & Client Conversion Specialist to be the primary voice of our brand for every family that reaches out to us. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role at the heart of our growth — you'll be the person who helps parents understand what their child needs and guides them toward the right Soma Beyond service.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial 1-on-1 consultation calls with prospective clients to understand each child's needs and concerns
- Recommend and sell the most appropriate Soma Beyond package (individual assessments, full combo offline/online, and premium services) based on client requirements
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads in addition to handling all inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website enquiries promptly and professionally
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, converting qualified prospects into active clients
- Encourage prospects to book the free 30-minute 1-on-1 counselling session
- Drive conversions on premium services and consistently work toward monthly sales and outreach targets
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM/tracker
- Coordinate with the program and clinical teams on scheduling and service details for enrolled clients
- Represent Soma Beyond at offline events, parent workshops, and school outreach programs — guiding parents, educators, and school representatives on our services and philosophy




- Build and nurture relationships with parents, schools, and partner clinics to generate referrals and repeat engagement
- Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure messaging stays accurate, sensitive, and aligned with client needs
- Provide empathetic, solutions-oriented support to parents and caregivers throughout their enquiry and enrollment journey

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in tele-marketing, tele-sales, or business development — ideally within child health, wellness, education, or related consumer services (required)
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- Fluency in English and Hindi , spoken and written (required)
- Strong lead generation and sales skills — able to identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert enquiries into enrollments
- Strong consultative selling skills — comfortable guiding, not just pushing, a sale
- Excellent phone presence, active listening, and objection-handling ability
- Solid customer service/support skills — able to handle questions, manage concerns, and maintain positive, trust-based client relationships
- Comfortable and sensitive when discussing a child's development with concerned parents
- Confident public communicator, able to represent the brand at events and workshops
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call/contact management tools; strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in healthcare, ed-tech, or child-focused sales is a strong plus
