Job Summary

We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to manage customer communication and payment follow-ups for Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves handling collection calls, discussing pending EMI payments, resolving customer concerns and working towards assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for overdue loan accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments.
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment details clearly.
- Discuss repayment options and payment commitments with customers.
- Handle customer queries, disputes and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution when required.
- Follow collection procedures,



company policies and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections or Customer Handling.
- Experience in NBFC / BFSI will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Regional language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working with performance-based targets.
